Outbound AI is a product by AI Consulting NYC. These terms describe the basic conditions for using our campaign pilot, build, and managed outbound services.
Service Scope
Outbound AI provides campaign research, account targeting, decision-maker enrichment, sequence writing, QA, launch preparation, and related campaign workspace services. Specific deliverables depend on the package or written agreement.
Pilot Credit
The $99 100-prospect pilot is credited toward a full campaign build when the customer upgrades within 30 days, unless a different written arrangement is agreed.
No Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee replies, revenue, deliverability, or specific campaign performance. We guarantee the agreed campaign work, QA, and review process.
Approval Before Sending
Campaigns require review before launch. Emails are not sent without approval. Customers are responsible for making sure their offer, claims, target audience, and sending practices are lawful and appropriate for their business.
Third-Party Costs
Sending domains, inboxes, warmup, enrichment providers, software subscriptions, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Prospect Data and Campaign Use
Campaign data is prepared for the customer's campaign use. Customers are responsible for using prospect data lawfully and for honoring suppression lists, opt-outs, and any applicable outreach rules.
Intellectual Property
After payment, campaign deliverables prepared specifically for the customer may be used by the customer for their business outreach. Outbound AI retains ownership of its underlying tools, workflows, templates, systems, and platform.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because campaign work begins with research and preparation, completed pilot or campaign build work is generally non-refundable. If a project has not started, contact us to discuss cancellation options.
Compliance
Customers must not use Outbound AI for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited outreach. Suppression lists, exclusions, and compliance instructions should be provided before campaign work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Outbound AI and AI Consulting NYC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to campaign use or performance.
Prohibited Campaigns
We may decline, pause, or terminate campaigns that appear unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or outside the agreed scope.
